Site Roles

• Site Manager - Have global editing ability on the site.  Can also delegate access to other users such as content managers.
  
• Content Manager - Have specific access to enter articles and edit content that has been added by others.
• Registered User - A person who has registered for the site. This allow them to
• Advertiser - A user who can submit advertisements to the site. (hmm, does this really need to be separate from Registered Users?  Are ads just another type of content that a Registered User can submit?
• Anonymous User - Everyone viewing the site who is not logged in.

Organization

Here we should install the EnviroBaseTypes Organization content-type and evaluate that as a starting point.
As far as modifications, I think we'll want to include the Location and Subject Keywords so that these organizations can be shown contextually alongside articles, topics, and places.
